Meet Dr. Massaro
Dr. Leo Massaro, a proud Syracuse native, has been transforming smiles and improving lives in Central New York for over 17 years. His journey began at Villanova University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, before pursuing his passion for dentistry at the Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
Driven to further his expertise, Dr. Massaro completed a rigorous Maxillofacial Prosthetic Residency at Indiana University's School of Dentistry. This specialized training equipped him to handle complex cases, including those involving cancer therapy and facial reconstruction.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving challenging dental issues, Dr. Massaro provides comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients. He is dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental advancements and utilizing the latest techniques to ensure optimal outcomes.
Outside of the office, Dr. Massaro enjoys giving back to his community. He is an active member of several local organizations and is passionate about supporting youth sports.

Meet Dr. Bigsby III
Dr. Arthur Bigsby III, originally from Cazenovia, NY, is dedicated to providing advanced and compassionate dental care. He completed his dental education at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and further honed his skills through a General Practice Residency at SUNY Upstate.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Bigsby pursued advanced training in prosthodontics at the Manhattan VA and a fellowship in maxillofacial prosthetics and dental oncology at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. Throughout his extensive training, he gained expertise in treating a wide range of complex cases, from full mouth rehabilitations to implants and prostheses.
Dr. Bigsby's exceptional clinical skills and dedication to patient care have earned him numerous accolades, including the title of Chief Prosthodontic Resident at the Manhattan VA and recognition as Fellow of the Year at the Mayo Clinic.
While Dr. Bigsby specializes in highly advanced dentistry, his true passion lies in comforting patients and restoring their quality of life. He believes in combining his technical expertise with a compassionate approach to create a positive and transformative dental experience.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Bigsby enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on Syracuse athletics.
