Our Story
Syracuse Dental Specialists was born from the shared vision of three Syracuse natives, each driven by a passion for exceptional dental care.
Dr. Leo Massaro, inspired by his father's legacy as a local general dentist, returned to his roots two decades ago after pursuing specialized training. Dr. Arthur Bigsby, who found a mentor in Dr. Massaro during his formative years, followed a similar path, returning to Syracuse to join forces with his lifelong inspiration. Dr. Victoria Dashley, drawn to pediatric dentistry by her love for medicine and children, was also captivated by Dr. Massaro's approach to patient care.
United by their commitment to providing comprehensive, family-centered dentistry, these three specialists established Syracuse Dental Specialists, creating a practice where patients of all ages can receive the highest level of care under one roof.

With eight years as a dedicated hygienist, she takes pride in providing quality patient care. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family.
