At Syracuse Dental Specialists, we strive to make quality dental care accessible. We can bill most dental insurances, but please note that we are a non-participating, out-of-network provider.
How Insurance Works at Our Practice
If you have insurance that we can bill, we will gladly submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf, provided you supply our billing department with your current and accurate insurance information.
Important Insurance Information

We are unable to submit claims for federally funded insurances, such as Medicare Plans and TriCare, as we are an opt-out provider.

We do not treat patients with state-funded insurance plans, including CHP, Fidelis, Healthplex, Medicaid, UHC Community, and others.

As a fee-for-service practice, patients are responsible for any difference between our fees and the amount covered by their insurance.
