Office Policies

We strive to provide a smooth and efficient experience for all our patients. Please review our policies regarding appointments, payments, and more.

Appointment Policy
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • If you are running late, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.

Payment Policy
  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

  • We partner with CareCredit to offer flexible financing plans that allow you to pay for your dental care in convenient monthly installments. These plans often include options for interest-free periods. You can apply online or in our office.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to all HIPAA regulations and take measures to ensure the confidentiality of your personal and medical information.
